Grades 1 - 6, are you ready....because I am! =D

We will be having a FREE kids one yoga class on August 31st, Saturday, 10:30 am at Tantra Yoga,150 Amorsolo St, Legaspi Village, Makati City. Just bring an old toy, book, art or educational material you are willing to donate for the the Philippine Toy Library. This NGO build "toy libraries" or playrooms in depressed areas in the country.

About the Yoga Program
Kids One Yoga is implementing an educational-based yoga program developed for Pre-K to Grade 12 students. The aim of this program is to inspire learners to be alert yet relaxed, brilliant inquirers, caring, committed, disciplined, and empowered students who will develop a life long interest for learning.
A typical class includes breathing exercises, yoga poses (asanas), guided visualizations, and integration of creative lessons that will supplement topics in school -- Art, Music, Science, Literature, and Social Studies. The curriculum highlights on six transdisciplinary themes on global significance that provides the framework and methodology of the program and utilizes yoga as a pathway:
'who we are'
'where we are in place and time'
'how we express ourselves'
'how the world works'
'how we organize ourselves'
'sharing the planet'
